Dr King has substantial natural resource related experience and is currently non-executive Chairman of Cellmid Ltd, Litigation Capital Management Ltd, and African Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
Zina is a partner at Hamilton Locke focusing on finance and restructuring transactions and advising numerous funds, asset managers
and other non-bank lenders.
Andrew brings over 30 years of experience as a chartered accountant specialising in corporate advisory and investment banking with an
